Shipping & Delivery
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site is passed to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier ie; The U.S. Post Office (USPS).

Medical Alert Wallets uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to send our products in a soft padded vanilla envelope. All shipping is 'First Class Mail' on this web site, for shipping any other way or alternate carriers please Contact Us,

U.S. Shipping and Handling price list (USD) At this time, Medical Alert Wallets shipping and handling charges are set automatically per price of wallet/s, within the United States, see chart below.

Canada Shipping and handling, Besides the table above, If a buyer requests 'registered mail' that is approximately $10.80 (USD) added on. Canada Requires customs declaration form PS Form 2976-A, so a charge of $9.95 (USD) per vanilla envelope and to take to the Post Office. So add the amount from the table above and please note there is no tracking number with this option. The Post Office web site does not say how long it will take for delivery-       2nd option is the Priority envelope, to Canada is $11.45 (USD) and Requires customs declaration form PS Form 2976-A, so there is a charge of $9.95 (USD) per Priority envelope and to take to the Post Office,  plus add on the amount from the table above.  The Post office web site says to allow 6 - 10 business days for delivery.  Prices are subject to change. We will notify you prior to shipping if any changes.

International  Shipping & Handling,  All customers outside the United States and Canada will be notified of their shipping and handling charges after receiving their order or if you contact us in advance we will give you an approximate cost. Please email us at sales@MedicalAlertWallets (dot) com or make a note with your order for the shipping method you want from the selection below so we can invoice you correctly.

There is the "First Class Mail International Package" but there is no tracking number and not registered, cost alone is approx. $4.85 (USD) for a 5 ounce wallet, about one leather wallet, and up to $30.10 (USD) for the maximum allowed 4 pound envelope. Note; All "First Class Mail International Packages" are not guaranteed, unless you add "registered mail" approx. $10.80 (USD). This "First Class Mail International Package" is the slowest, they don't even tell us how long it will take for delivery!   Note; Requires customs declaration form PS Form 2976-A, so there is a handling charge of $10.50 (USD) per envelope and to take it to the Post Office.

There is the "Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope/small box" estimated 6 - 10 business days for delivery, which does not have a tracking number but has one price at $11.45 (USD) for a 5 ounce wallet and up to 4 lbs maximum. You can get 'registered mail' to most destinations approx. $10.80 (USD)  Note; Requires customs declaration form PS Form 2976-A, so there is a handling charge of $12.50 (USD) per Priority envelope or box and to take it to the Post Office.

If you want to ship it "Priority Mail International Regular/Medium Flat Rate Box" tracking to major destinations and an estimated 6 - 10 business days, price is at $26.95 (USD) for a 5 ounce wallet up to 20 pounds.  Note; Requires customs declaration form PS Form 2976-A, so there is a handling charge of $12.50 (USD) per Priority box and to take it to the Post Office.

If you want to ship it "Priority Mail International Large Flat Rate Box" tracking to major destinations and an estimated 6 - 10 business days, price is at $33.95 (USD) for a 5 ounce wallet up to 20 pounds.  Note; Requires customs declaration form PS Form 2976-A, so there is a handling charge of $12.50 (USD) per Priority box and to take it to the Post Office.

There is, "Express Mail International" which has a tracking number and takes an estimated 5 business days for delivery for a wallet at 5 ounces, the cost is $26.95 (USD) and the price goes up as the weight goes up. So we will let you know shipping cost before billing and shipping to you  Note; Requires customs declaration form PS Form 2976-A-EMI, so there is a charge of $12.50 (USD) per Express envelope and to take it to the Post Office.

Then there is "Global Express Guaranteed" up to 3 business days for delivery for a wallet at 5 ounces, the cost is $39.95 (USD), the price goes up as the weight goes up. Note; Requires customs declaration form PS Form 6182, so there is a charge of $12.50 (USD) per envelope and to take it to the Post Office.

Above pricing is as of June 15th 2009. If you do want something shipped International please email us at sales@MedicalAlertWallets (dot) com in advance so we can get you the current shipping charges. 

We will notify you with an invoice through PayPal, as an email, after we know the cost for shipping, so it will be easy for you to pay.

Simple No Hassle Return Policy;   If the Medical Alert Wallet you purchased is not what you had expected, notify us by email, phone or from the Contact Us page, stating why you are returning the wallet. Then send the wallet/s back with a letter and clearly print your name and address you used when you ordered the wallet/s. You are responsible for any return postage. After receiving the returned wallet and inspecting it for any usage or missing parts, (you may keep the Medical information Cards that came with the wallet) then your refund will be determined by subtracting any PayPal fees and you'll be refunded through Paypal, back to your credit card or by check from Medical Alert Wallets.

Customer service is available as during regular business hours. If  we are on the phone or can't answer the phone we will get back to you as soon as possible.
